Raiffeisen Informatik has joined the Research in Motion (RIM) BlackBerry partner program. We and our customers now enjoy the advantages of direct RIM support.
The prerequisites of becoming an alliance partner are to satisfy various qualification criteria. Each partner has to prove their competence through certification of their technical staff. Various Raiffeisen Informatik staff members successfully completed the certification processes for "BlackBerry Certified Support Specialist", "BlackBerry Certified Server Support Specialist" and "BlackBerry Certified Solution Designer".
Raiffeisen Informatik has been an official BlackBerry Alliance Select Member since autumn 2009, this membership producing numerous advantages for both Raiffeisen and our customers such as access to topical information, new smart-phones prior to market launch and support by the BlackBerry experts.
This advance knowledge enables us to quickly adapt our services to the latest technologies and provide customers with professional and competent support services.
