IIP Certification
Targeted Staff Development as an Additional Employee Motivator
The official award of the IIP certificates took place in November 2006. IIP is an international standard distinguishing enterprise particularly fostering further development of their staff and organization. Raiffeisen Informatik is one of the very first Austrian companies to receive this certification.
The IIP certification confirmed that amongst other things human resources development at Raiffeisen Informatik significantly contributes to improvement of the performance of the organization, the teams, and every individual staff member as well as to the encouragement of the staff to enhance both their own and the performance of others.
