A certified management system called "M.a.P" (= management of all processes) based on the norms ÖNORM EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality and Information Security Management Systems Requirements and BS779927001:2005 / ÖNORM A 7799 Information Security Management Systems, serves as a basis for structured quality and information security management at Raiffeisen Informatik.
This management system is a living system. This means that workflows, processes and their documentation are continuously adapted to satisfy new circumstances and subject to active continuous improvement.
This success is a result of a project spanning several years. Under the title "Process Management at Raiffeisen Informatik" the existing quality management system has been enhanced in many workshops, discussions and detailed work with staff and executive board to develop the comprehensive management system called "M.a.P" (Management of all processes, previously "RIZ4us").
