Effective Protection through Internal Security Team
Company, data and IT infrastructure security is one of the most fundamental issues for Raiffeisen Informatik, which is why Raiffeisen Informatik was the first Austrian IT services provider to found an internal Computer Emergency Response Team, also being an official member of the worldwide FIRST network (Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams).
Through FIRST accreditation Raiffeisen Informatik satisfies the prerequisites for an internal CERT and is authorized to carry the registered “CERT” trademark from Carnegie Mellon University; the Raiffeisen Informatik IT security team therefore being authorized to officially call themselves Raiffeisen Informatik CERT.
Our team of IT security specialists actively works on resolving IT security issues and is internationally tightly networked with other security teams. This give us informational edge allowing us to efficiently protect our computing center and the data and infrastructure of our customers, the foundation for ensuring reliable IT operations with the highest levels of security.
