SAP Certifications
World premiere with Certification of Raiffeisen Informatik
The range of SAP certificates already awarded to Raiffeisen Informatik was extended in the last year with the SAP AMS certificate. Raiffeisen Informatik already received the SAP Customer Competence Certification (SAP CCC) in October 2003, which was renewed in 2007. SAP partner hosting certification, initially performed in 2006, was renewed in the last year, whereby Raiffeisen Informatik was elevated to the highest SAP partner Hosting status “Excellent” (2008). Of the 170 certified service providers worldwide, Raiffeisen Informatik thereby belongs to the exclusive ten percent who have achieved “Excellent" status.
SAP CCC Certification
Both Raiffeisen Informatik and its wholly owned distribution subsidiary Raiffeisen Informatik Consulting GmbH acquired SAP Customer Competence Certification in October 2003. Raiffeisen Informatik was the first enterprise worldwide to receive Customer Competence Centre certification (SAP CCC) directly following the SAP Operations Competence Assessment (SOCA). This certification officially confirms that all processes required for SAP operations are exemplarily implemented at Raiffeisen Informatik. The support strategy and responsibilities are clearly defined within the organization and a broad service portfolio is offered.
In 2007 our Customer Competence Centre (CCC) was recertified by SAP for the second time following the globally acknowledged SAP CCC evaluation criteria, reconfirming that Raiffeisen Informatik fulfills all the SAP structure, processes and quality management requirements for a CCC.
Award of the title “SAP Customer Competence Center” underlines our continuous quality of service, technical competence, and performance; it is an expression of a particularly close partnership with SAP, which for example allows Raiffeisen Informatik to influence the development of SAP products.
SAP Hosting Partner Certification
Raiffeisen Informatik became an SAP hosting partner in 2006 through the SAP Adaptive IT Provider qualification audit; this audit by SAP attests Raiffeisen Informatik to satisfy all the requirements SAP expects a professional service and solution-hosting partner. The focus lay on the areas of computing centre equipment, security, network, backup and recovery, IT service management processes, SAP applications hosting as well as SAP administrator skills, which were all without exception assessed as good. The certification is yet another step toward being able to guarantee our SAP customers continuously higher quality standards which are then verified by the software vendor SAP.
SAP Netweaver Certification
The central system developed by Raiffeisen Informatik for the Austrian HGV toll system also received “SAP powered by Netweaver” certification. SAP therewith confirms that the software deployed for the Austrian HGV toll systems satisfies all functionality requirements, making the Raiffeisen Informatik HGV toll system the first toll system with SAP certification.
SAP AMS Certification
Raiffeisen Informatik was awarded the SAP certification in application management services for the Austrian market. This SAP certificate provides objective proof of the capacities of our application management services for SAP applications. Raiffeisen Informatik is the only Austrian IT provider with this proof of quality.
