The Service Desk unifies all responsibilities of a help desk, technical first level support, and corresponding administrative services. Efficient collaboration of these areas ensures fast response to your calls. All reported incidents are registered and documented in our service ticket system to receive immediate remedy. We keep our customers posted on the status of their call; reports are generated to provide continuous documentation of the processing progress.
