We offer a comprehensive training program for HTL graduates, young academics or students with technical training. As a trainee, we offer you the opportunity to gain practical experience in the IT area, to get to know Raiffeisen Informatik's day-to-day business and various in-house interfaces. During the approximate one-year training program you can take on responsible and fascinating tasks right from the very start. Job rotation enables you to get to know different sections of the company very quickly. Individual training and further education offer an ideal opportunity to expand your particular know-how and a personal mentor will accompany you from the very beginning, helping you to integrate personally and professionally into the company. Former trainees are here to assist you as a buddy and to provide you with helpful tips and tricks. In addition to an attractive compensation model, we offer a wide range of employee benefits. Requirements for the trainee program:

  • Completed technical education (HTL, Bachelor's degree, Master's degree)
  • Preferably with IT-focus
  • Ideally, initial practical experience (projects, internships)
  • Capacity for teamwork, commitment and independence
